- Rooms are entered as width x length x floor-to-ceiling height; geometry is kept in millimetres internally and shown in m, cm or mm.
- Six surfaces per room (floor, ceiling, wall 1-4) are created automatically, and surface ids survive a resize so material settings stay attached to the right wall.
- Door and window openings are placed from the left or right edge and from floor or ceiling - the missing value is computed - and checked for out-of-wall placement, ceiling overrun, overlap and negative size.
- Columns and beams are entered as count x size per surface or drawn as rectangle, circle or line with a real plan position and elevation range; both are deducted from the gross area.
- A gross / opening / net area card feeds every calculation, driving 11 material engines written as pure, tested functions: interior and exterior paint, satin plaster, epoxy, wallpaper, ceramic, granite, marble, laminate, PVC flooring and carpet.
- Ceramic, granite and marble can be calculated from the real product size (60x60, 60x120 and so on) with pieces per pack, returning true piece and pack counts; the classic m2-per-pack entry stays available.
- The SVG 2D plan has click-editable dimension labels synced both ways with the left panel; the React Three Fiber 3D view adds orbit, isometric/top/front presets, transparent ceiling and wall hiding, and the 3D and Split tabs hide themselves on devices without WebGL.
- A drawing tab handles orthogonal free-hand plans - L-shaped rooms, lift shafts - with direction plus length entry on squared paper, live area and perimeter, and closing-edge validation; drawn rooms run the same opening, material, 3D and report pipeline.
- Output: printable PDF report with the plan drawing and surface, opening and material tables, Turkish-Excel-compatible CSV, JSON project import/export and a PNG of the plan; totals in TRY, USD or EUR.
- Projects are stored in the browser under a versioned LocalStorage key, with 50-step undo (Ctrl+Z), Escape to clear selection, an error boundary offering Reset and Reload, and a build-id stamp in the left panel; 119 automated tests across 14 files, all green.

Before you ask
No install and no account - it opens in a browser on desktop, tablet or phone, and the left panel collapses on small screens. The 3D and Split tabs need WebGL and hide themselves on devices that lack it, so a modest tablet still gets the 2D plan, the material engine and the report. Projects live in that browser's local storage, so use the JSON export to carry a job from the office machine to the site tablet.
It is free: no licence key, no seat count, no sign-up. Everything runs in your browser - room dimensions, your prices and the reports stay on your own machine in local storage; the only network feature is an optional "who is online" badge. Use it on paid jobs as you like; the printed report already carries the note that the figures are approximate.
It is a takeoff and budgeting tool, not a certified estimate: quantities follow the consumption, waste, coats, pack size and prices you type, so check site measurements, product data sheets and current prices before you bid. Not there yet: skirting length, applying one material to several surfaces at once, editing a drawn room's dimensions after the fact, and detection of self-intersecting drawn plans. The interface is Turkish only for now.
